Job Title: Sr. Manager, Program Planning and Control

Description:

  • Forecast, controls, and report project costs needed within an organization.
  • Develop and provide project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
  • Review project costs incurred by category, calculate future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis.
  • Accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within the project controls function.
  • Manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
  • Participate in the development of project controls strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures in estimating, project risk control, cost control, and scheduling.

Education and Requirements

  • Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 16+years of experience.
