Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Intelligence Data Analyst 3 to join our team in the McLean, VA.

Intelligence Data Analyst 3 support all aspects of the Intelligence cycle, including dissemination of clandestine foreign intelligence collection; the establishment of collection requirements; the identification, development, and targeting of resources against intelligence gaps; sharing of intelligence; and vetting sources and evaluating their intelligence production.

Intelligence Data Analyst 3 also evaluate intelligence, manage the production, and use of reports, identify targets, and guide foreign intelligence collection and dissemination.           


  • Evaluate intelligence for completeness, validity, relevance, quality, and sensitivity.

  • Manage the production and use of intelligence reports while protecting sources and methods.

  • Identify targets of operational interest and guide clandestine collection and dissemination

  • Develop rapport with key consumers of intelligence.   Anticipate consumer needs as well as educate consumers on methods, handling and use of reporting.

  • Apply counterintelligence and asset risk management principles to safeguard operations.

  • Evaluate intelligence and provide reporting on the validity, relevance, quality and sensitive of the intelligence.

  • Support the identification of targets of operational interest and provide tailored collection guidance.

  • Support operational activities related to the assigned portfolio.

  • Support intelligence meetings with liaison.


  • *Possess an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph*

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 7 or more years of demonstrated directorate core occupation work experience relevant to the position

  • Requirements identified by the Sponsor to meet the position

  • Experience with IC or other USG agencies

  • Cable writing experience and use of the contract’s databases


  • Certification in Sponsor basic tradecraft courses

  • 1 PCS (CONUS or OCONUS) or OCONUS TDYs of comparable duration providing support to Sponsor operations.

  • Direct experience in the program’s directorate

  • Prior service in the program’s directorate assignment


  • Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph


  • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to attend meetings and speak to customers in-person.

  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations--must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
