Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer (CNO) to join our team in San Antonio, TX, Vienna, VA or Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited:

• Design and develop software solutions that are actively used in the security arena

• Work and collaborate within an agile team, but own the software feature or enhancement through completion

• Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems

• Engage with the customer or representatives to fully understand the desired functionality and strive to develop the best technical solution

• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks

• Communicate status with leadership and customers

• Ensure software standards are met

• Being involved in all phases of the software development process: Idea, Design, Implementation, Delivery, and Support

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience with C/C++ development and testing

• 3-5+ years of experience with Windows system internals programming

• 3-5+ years of experience with Python or a similar scripting language (Ruby, Perl)

• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming

• Experience in delivering quality products

• Ability to review and analyze technical documentation from Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and other products to gain understanding for software solutions that interact with components within these systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Software Analysis and/or Reverse Engineering

• Experience with Windows kernel driver development

• Experience with the following items Assembly, Jenkins, Docker, Agile, Continuous Integration, TDD, Test Automation, Windows Administration, and Linux Administration

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active government security clearance (any level)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%, capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
