Technical Trade Instructor – Heavy Road Transport Maintenance

Location: Albury/Wodonga

KBR is a leading provider of Systems and Training Solutions, including Integrated Logistics Support to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Current projects include the introduction into service of various Army and Navy platforms.

KBR require additional Trade Instructors with Heavy Road Transport Maintenance qualifications and experience to support Introduction into Service Maintainer Training for ADF technicians on a casual employee basis. Skills and Experience

As an ideal applicant, you will have:

  • Comprehensive Heavy Road Transport Mechanic trade knowledge and skills, with at least five years’ experience as a qualified tradesperson.
  • The TAE40116 Cert IV Training & Assessment (or equivalent qualification) or a higher-level qualification in adult education.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated proficiency writing curriculum and technical documents.

As a civilian instructor operating within a military environment, respect for ADF ethos and practice is a requirement.
