The Quality Control Associate is responsible for final visual inspection of all products to meet Voice Services North (VSN) quality standards. Compiles products and peripherals into complete package for Finished Goods inventory.

Location: Maple Grove, MN


Perform visual inspection of assembled products to ensure VSN quality standards have been met.
Prepare packages for Finished Goods inventory by verifying product has a quality control label, preparing the product for packaging, compiling and packing associated peripherals, and applying a Finished Goods bar code label.
Responsible for inventory accuracy by tracking transfers of inventory in the VSN inventory data base and performing cycle counts on a monthly basis.
Monitor special orders to ensure completion according to VSN quality standards.
Communicate rejection issues to the supervisor.

High School graduate or 1-3 years of equivalent experience
Good decision making and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer/software knowledge
Familiarity with telecommunications products and design
Attention to detail
Able to perform the following physical demands while working in a production environment: standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50lbs
