Drive growth of new business between TPS and GSI through synergistic product and services opportunities
Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with GSI stakeholders acting as the primary internal collaboration contact
Ensure relationships within GSI are well managed and that Customer requirements are understood and responded to effectively, managing priorities as needed
Build, maintain, and manage strategic partnerships between TPS & GSI organizations and new/existing customers to drive overall enterprise value
Develop awareness and application intimacy to grow overall wallet-share by getting TPS products "engineered" and "specified"
Deliver consistently against all revenue and profitability targets
Develop and drive strategic planning initiatives, collaborative business planning, implementing synergistic sales strategies, and accountable for managing the activities necessary to successfully win qualified joint opportunities
Maintain knowledge of competitors to help cross-reference and identify comparable TPS solutions
Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategically relevant new GSI business opportunities
Define performance KPIs to measure success and conduct reviews with executive management
Utilize (CRM) to effectively self-manage activities and take required actions to ensure the highest level of internal collaboration
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews. Monitor and review performance against plan/forecast and lead in-depth reviews to explore variances and advise Black Box management on significant changes, developments and actions required
Professionally represent Black Box at applicable tradeshows, meetings, trainings, industry associations, public events, etc.
Coordinate with S&OP to validate forecasted demand, product mix, and delivery requirements are communicated and support continuous information flow within Black Box.

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or sales experience � MBA preferred.
Previous business and/or sales operations or related experience such as account management, capture management, proposal management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Can establish and build collaborative relationships and has ability to influence cross-functionally.
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically. Uses relevant data as well as management intuition to accurately assess business situations and industry trends; makes timely, appropriate recommendations and implements appropriate plans.
Personal leadership style that desires to continuously improve. Accepts feedback, understands and maximizes strengths while working to develop weaknesses. Ability to develop learning/understanding of new products and technologies
Leads with a strong set of values. Maintain high ethical standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
