Supply Planning Analyst - Military veterans preferred

As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will be accountable for delivering balanced, world class results across case fill, inventory & process metrics with demonstrated commitment to supply planning process excellence and lean/continuous improvement. Performance against objectives is reviewed via weekly visual performance board meetings.

In addition, you will be responsible for:
Managing an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technology(s), within respective region
Driving results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies
Optimization of inventory and case fill, end to end
Driving decisions & trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholders
Develop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP & best practices
Cross-functional (& external) collaboration to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory & capacity
Master data ownership & compliance
Escalating supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager & identify options to drive resolution
Measuring, analyzing, and communicating key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement
Monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process
Weekly sequencing to align scheduling wheel & capacity; Minimizing change overs & maximizing planning efficiencies

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor Degree and one year of experience in Supply Chain plus experience working in a cross-functional environment, OR military experience considered in lieu of education requirement and one year of experience in Supply Chain including work in a cross-functional environment
SAP experience/knowledge (planning related module)
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Experience in and/or knowledge of the CPG industry
High level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
APICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD
SAP experience/knowledge (planning related module)
Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross functional environment
