Sr. Project Engineer, Crystallization and Evaporation

As Senior Project Engineer you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of our Crystallization, Evaporation, and Water Treatment projects, from the initial concept to the final completion. In this position you will manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring compliance to applicable codes and standards, as well as interacting with our clients to interpret their needs and requirements. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
  • Formulating project parameters, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and mentoring the project team.
  • Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
  • Interacting and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
  • Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
  • Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
  • Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Supporting equipment inspection, commissioning, and start-up activities.


  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a Project Engineer, preferably for chemical plant projects
  • At least 3-year experience in relevant technologies, such as Water Treatment, Crystallization and Evaporation for inorganic feedstocks
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
  • Decision maker, with high level of diligence and accountability
  • Very good English communication skills, German is a plus
  • Self-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Good team player, you like working with international teams
  • Readiness for international travelling


Travel: may need to travel to client and manufacturing sites, periodically
