The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating tasks, providing general project support, and collaborating with one or more project teams. The Project Coordinator may be responsible for managing small projects.
Executes Black Box PMO standards, processes, and methodologies in a consistent manner for project planning and execution activities including the following fundamentals: initiating, planning, estimating, resourcing, scheduling, and budgeting.
Assist Project Manager in the execution of project governance activities.
Manages execution of projects:
Acts as primary customer contact for the project. Clearly articulates design, installation, and operational concepts and solutions to customers and technicians,
Conducts recurring customer reviews addressing scope, schedules, issues, actions, risks, and customer expectations.
Prepares for and presents at appropriate project steering committee meetings.
Works with Procurement to ensure material is delivered on time.
Transitions to Day 2 support team after project completion.
Manages project control fundamentals: monitoring and anticipating potential problems; identifying project conflicts; taking corrective action; resolving issues; managing scope, schedule, cost, profit, and budget; project reporting; and quality review and assurance.
Issues and communicates program status to leadership, steering committee, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Manages revenue forecasting and tracking for assigned projects.
Does not have supervisory responsibilities
Associates degree or equivalent, relevant experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Knowledge of project management and technical documentation tools.
Knowledge of standardized project management methodologies and processes.
Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations while ensuring the overall quality of delivery.
Strong analytical skills including requirements documentation, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to foster strong working relationships between project teams, stakeholders, management, and vendors.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
PRINCE2Â® 2017 Foundation Certification
Strong background in business and/or technical discipline.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to meet project timelines and budgets.
Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP, Salesforce.com, workforce management, and cloud-based technology systems.
