Black Box , a rapidly growing IT services, product and solutions provider with global footprint, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with sales leaders and solution marketing managers to create compelling regional and national campaigns designed to increase both market share and share-of-wallet. You will work closely with our in-house agency that provides, creative, content, operational, and event support. This position is part of the global, strategic Marketing team and directly to the Vice President of Global Marketing.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA; Lawrence, PA



Drives leads through targeted and highly effective regional/local marketing campaigns that leverage paid, owned, and earned media and events to deliver Marketing Qualified Leads. Responsible for maximizing conversion rates and pipeline/revenue growth.
Develops Account-Based Marketing plans for key accounts to promote customer engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
Works closely with our Marketing Operations team to generate target/customer lists, leverage marketing automation for
e-marketing initiatives, and measure campaign performance against targets.
Collaborates with the Solution Marketing Managers and the Content Development team to ensure the content meets the needs of the sales organization, customers and prospects.
Educates sales organization about available marketing assets and technology.
Defines, implements and manages the lead nurturing workflow from initial contact through customer retention.
Functions as the Marketing liaison to sales and participates actively in Sales leadership meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews with customers, and with OEM partners to develop co-branded marketing initiatives.
Measures, analyzes, and reports monthly on campaign performance.

3+ years' professional experience in a Marketing Communications role.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related industry experience preferred.
Proven track record with Account-Based Marketing and lead generation.
Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
