Job Title: IT System Support Apprentice
Project: Facilities Management Integrator, Government Solutions EMEA
Location: Leatherhead based with occasional travel to Swindon ICC and client sites
Apprenticeship Course: IT Solutions Technician Level 3

The range of projects and programmes we work on are extremely diverse (varying from provision of “life support” services to the military to Facilities Management for the Met Police to Portfolio, Programme & Project management to Consultancy services), resulting in a variety of work and a genuine claim that no two days are the same.
We have an exciting opportunity to take an enthusiastic and focused individual into our business, giving you real, hands on experience in IT Solutions and Facilities Management. We will support you in working to achieve a Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship, with 20% of your time dedicated to learning and study.
Your Apprenticeship and Role
To work across multiple contracts acting as the initial point of contact for the customer, supply chain and internal teams for all queries relating to the system (primarily Concept and SharePoint), business processes, reporting and change requests. You will be required to log and triage queries acting as, 1st support with development into 2nd line, in order to provide accurate feedback and information or escalating as required. You will be driven to understand the mechanics behind system operation to best respond to users raising queries. You will be responsible for coordinating the Change Approvals Board maintaining accurate updates to all parties as changes are raised, reviewed, tested and released. As a motivated, self-starter you will take ownership for your own performance and actively seek opportunities for improvement and development.
This role will ideally suit someone looking to begin a career in IT system support with the opportunity to gain experience across numerous functions from support and data management to change management and system design and development.

Please note : you are not eligible for this Apprenticeship scheme if you currently hold or are working towards a qualification at the same or higher level in a related subject or have already studied content from the qualification for this scheme.
