Program Analyst, Journeyman
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position provides a wide range of acquisition support services for integration and sustainment planning for the F/A-18 and EA-G Program Office (PMA-265) at NAS Patuxent River, MD.
Supports acquisition milestone documentation, prepare associated reports and plans, and ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
Supports the development of documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy (AS), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. An Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field is required.
Allowable Contract Substitution:
Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Three years of combined experience performing duties described.
Two years of experience supporting NAVAIR is desired.
Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation; Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Contract Requirements will prevail.
