We are looking for outgoing, courteous, professional individuals who are ready to be a part of a wonderful team supporting such premium brands as American Security Products, Liberty Safes, Heckler & Koch, Rizzini, Chapuis, Benelli, Les Baer and Sako, among others.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for helping Henderson Sports and the brands of David's Gun Room, Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The Safe Market provide concierge, appointment only service for premium brands to discerning customers. Continuous learning on your part is critical, as our customers form specific relationships based on trust and respect with our team members. Repeat and referral business is what drives our brands forward, and your knowledge, confidence, competency and ability to both listen to the customer and communicate applicable product knowledge is the foundation of our companies.

We hope you want to become a member of the leading distributor, installer and mover of Residential and Commercial safes and vaults in the Southeaster US as well as one of the largest and oldest retailers for premium firearm brands in Georgia.

Performance & Requirements:

1. Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, developing relationships with new customers, making product suggestions, responding to inquiries and recommending store purchases based on consumer feedback.

2. Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to existing and inbound inventory, and building rapport through exemplary knowledge and product proficiency.

3. Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, completing necessary paperwork and collecting all needed information for delivery and installation (if applicable). Explaining warranties, service, and the operations of the specific model purchased by the customer.

4. Develop repeat and referral business through after-sales service, answering customer inquiries and generally being a trusted resource for our clientele.

5. From time to time travel to the consumer's location may be required.

6. Be able to demonstrate basic firearms safety and knowledge of the safe operation of a variety of firearms.

7. Understand and be proficient in firearms sales and forms as required by Federal, State and Local laws; Form 4473, Multiple Handgun Sale (MHS) Form, and Class III Transfers, among others.

8. Proper use, care and maintenance of company equipment and inventory.

9. Have, or be able to obtain, a Georgia Weapons Carry License.

10. Physically be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, carry and move items up to 50 pounds without assistance.

11. All other assigned duties.

12. Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability Tuesday through Saturday. Schedule determined by store management based upon the needs of the store.
