The Training Developer role represents a growth opportunity for a high profile Defence training project. KBR is a leading service provider delivering solutions to the Government & Defence sectors for the last 20 years. We are specialists in the design and delivery of leading-edge training solutions, systems engineering, systems and enterprise architecture, project management, and integrated logistic support. About The Role The role is fixed 12 month term position based at the Royal Australian Navy’s training facility at Randwick Barracks in New South Wales in support of the RAN’s Canberra Class LHD platforms. Flexible working arrangements are available.
This is a challenging role that will require the successful candidate to be a high-performing, self-starter. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic project team. The Training Developer will conduct analysis, design and development of contemporary Defence Learning Management Packages (LMPs). The project is focussed on introducing new technologies (e.g. virtual reality) and learning methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our client’s training pipeline. As a result, it is essential that candidates demonstrate knowledge and application of these as they relate to the Defence training environment to be competitive.
