About Route Consultant
Headquartered in Nashville, TN, our team of independent FedEx Ground contractors manages a fleet of 275 trucks and over 225 employees across the United States. Our routes include FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, and Linehaul.
In addition to serving as Independent FedEx Ground Contractors, we offer extensive consulting services to new and experienced FedEx Ground route owners. These services include business valuations, operations/fleet management optimization, route efficiency analysis, and more.
Finally, we operate as FedEx Ground route brokers, maintaining an exclusive listing of routes for sale across the United States. We give each of our route sellers access to a deep pool of qualified and educated buyers.

Job Summary
The Account Manager role is a key player in our customer relationships and is responsible for providing strategic consulting services to customers. You will manage clients who are working on external deals by providing knowledge and expertise on the package and pickup delivery service industry. Driving growth with new and existing consulting clients to meet sales quotas is the name of the game!

Key Responsibilities
-Provide strong phone presence to both current and prospective clients. Limited cold calling
-Build relationships with clients to ensure the highest-level customer satisfaction
-Provide support and guidance to clients on external business ventures
-Pro-actively interact with clients to ensure needs and requests are met
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Analyze and provide information on external businesses to clients
-Provide troubleshooting and problem solving to clients
-Log and track activity in Salesforce
-Draft, edit and process various documents
-Manage inbound leads and inquiries made on third party listing sites by tracking and inputting in Salesforce
-Take on special projects as needed

-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects

-Salesforce experience a plus

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
-Minimum 2 years of related experience
