Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Telecommunications Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate and maintain telecommunication system to include Linux operating system, windows server operating system, and Avaya PBX hardware/software
Support the operations of telephony applications, including call management, workforce/schedule management, and call recording
Interface with government and commercial stakeholders to meet project and operational requirements
Implement patches and other configuration changes necessary to resolve security vulnerabilities
Conduct capacity analysis, develop applicable reports for capacity management and bandwidth, and provide recommendations for all devices and services
May require on-call support to resolve system outage or to conduct planned/unplanned system maintenance to minimize impact to customers
Experience with telephony to include PSTN, Digital, and VOIP
A Bachelor’s degree
Security Clearance Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
