Journeymen Electricians and Lighting Technicians Needed - Military veterans preferred

We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing commercial electrical and lighting services. Based in River Falls, Wisconsin, our services cover the entire country. Founded in 2013 as TLL, we grew and rebranded to TLL Solutions in 2019 to align with our expanding capabilities. Our ownership includes an actively serving Lieutenant Colonel in the Marines and an inactive Captain from the Air Force, serving from 1993-2008.

We provide extensive experience in lighting, electrical, HVAC and generator solution sets through specification, design, distribution, installation, project management and rebate administration. We provide installation and service across a wide spectrum of project types and sizes, from a simple LED lighting retrofits to an electrical line drop to complete electrical gear replacement to full generator replacements. In addition, we have the ability to package any and all of these services, on-demand, for our customers.

TLL Solutions is looking for talented individuals that are interested in the lighting and electrical fields. Experience can very as we have a wide range of projects that can build or hone your career in the private sector. We are willing to train all levels and have experienced staff to earn credits or gain qualified hours to become an electrician or master electrician.
