ManTech is seeking an ITIL Service Integration Manager, with experience successfully supporting high-visibility, mission-focused, large dollar value enterprise IT transformation programs to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive IT service delivery and integration across the ITIL-based Service Integration and Management (SIAM) ecosystem/MHS Enterprise IT Services (EITS) environment, which includes multiple external Integrated Service Provider contractors and DoD organizations
  • Plan and implement the MHS EITS Service Management Manual (SMM) to serve as the overarching operating procedures for the EITS Environment. The SMM is the operational document repository that includes process descriptions, roles and responsibilities, policies, processes, and procedures to enable end-to-end IT service delivery
  • Define and maintain the overall taxonomy, organization, and management of the SMM
  • Continually enhance the SMM to drive single/standard processes in the EITS Environment and improve process maturity
  • Drives adoption, participation, and compliance with the SMM across the Integrated Service Providers
  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities for the SMM
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks that can be supported via the SMM
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for SMM improvements
  • Develop and execute a maintenance plan for the review and update of all SMM areas
  • (e.g., policies, processes, procedures, work instructions) as an ongoing program
  • Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain processes and tools that enable consistent delivery of IT services across the Integrated Services
  • Provide leadership to bring continuous innovation and ManTech corporate capability to the customer to accomplish their mission
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience and leadership within an ITIL delivery environment
  • Master’s degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience and leadership within an ITIL delivery environment
  • An IAM Level I certification (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, or Security+ CE)
  • ITIL v4 certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Knowledge and understanding of the DoD
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Military Health System (MHS)

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required and active (or ability to obtain) DoD Secret clearance
  • Tier 2 (T2) Background Investigation

Physical Requirements:

  • Stationary work at an office desk setting 50% of time
  • Traversing to accomplish tasks by moving from one work site to another or between different floors in a building
  • Communicating with others to exchange information
  • Ability to perceive and assess employee productivity
