Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our team in the Alexandria VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing customer support/service desk support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support.
Providing support related to EOIR’s CASE, ECAS and Judicial Tools applications.
At least 3-5 years of overall IT experience, providing systems administration support, general desktop support with previous experience opening and maintaining support cases via ServiceNow.
Experience with working in government.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels of the organization.
.Net Framework experience
Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust (Must obtain clearance prior to setting start date).
Sedentary work that primarily involves frequently communicates with co-workers, staffs, management and customers which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
?Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.
Working with computers.
