Title:

Sr. Assessment and Authorization Program Manager

KBR is seeking a Senior level Authorization and Assessment Program Manager will provide modernization and sustainment program management support as well as acquisition related support to the F-22 program office at Hill AFB, UT.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and maintain A&A documentation required for compliance with DoD JSIG or other applicable A&A policies.
  • Support compliance with DoD policies for hardware/software/sanitization/information systems approvals and work closely with approving authorities to ensure packages submitted are complete.
  • Work with Weapon System Prime Contractor/Subcontractors to ensure the packages submitted for F-22 program office review are complete and comply with requirements from the approving authority.
  • Work in secure facilities and receive and secure classified material.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • MS/MA is required and 12+ years of directly related experience with a minimum of five years of which must be within the DoD. Undergraduate engineering degree from a college or university with an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program(s) for the degree requirements of the position (e.g., electrical, mechanical, aerospace, etc.). Degrees in engineering technology do not qualify for these positions. Or
  • BS/BA is required and 15+ years of directly related experience with a minimum of five years of which must be within the DoD. Or
  • 20+ years of directly related experience with proper certifications, with eight years of which must be in the DoD
  • Shall have Program Management support with a minimum of five years of SSE experience in DoD weapon systems in the modernization/sustainment phase and in the preparation and review of SSE packages for the A&A of networks, software, and hardware according to the JSIG.
  • Shall have a Security+ Certification.
  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as a network system administrator is preferred.

CLEARANCE : Secret with ability to obtain Program Access
