Title:

Sr. Computer Scientist

KBR is seeking a Senior level Computer Scientist who will provide modernization and sustainment support as well as F-22 Weapons System Management Tool (WSMT) Developer/Administrator support to the F-22 program office at Hill AFB, UT.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and update the F-22 Weapons System Management Tool (WSMT).
  • Maintain the WSMT and ensure all users can access and use the areas they need.
  • Assist with improving the current F-22 WSMT applications to better meet evolving needs and create new WSMT applications when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • MS/MA is required and 12+ years of directly related experience with a minimum of five years of which must be within the DoD. Undergraduate engineering degree from a college or university with an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited computer science degree. Or
  • BS/BA is required and 15+ years of directly related experience with a minimum of five years of which must be within the DoD. Or
  • 20+ years of directly related experience with proper certifications, with eight years of which must be in the DoD
  • Shall possess at least five years of recent experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools. The experience shall include working directly with customers and attention to detail while interpreting verbal customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Shall have at least 2 years of experience developing and managing Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process Authority to Operate (ATO) certifications.
  • Shall have at least five years of experience managing ASP Web server or equivalent.
  • Shall have at least five years of experience managing a large Oracle database or SQL Server 2012 database.
  • Shall have at least five years of experience programming in HTML, Java, JavaScript, C++, C Sharp, SQL and XML.
  • Shall be able to achieve DoD 8570 required Security Plus Certification within six months of being hired.
  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
