Logistics Specialist III

KBR is seeking to hire an Logistics Specialist to provide Project Management logistics support to Tactical Aviation Grounds Munitions (TAGM) Project Office including the TOW M220, Improved Bradley Acquisition System (IBAS), and Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS).

Primary job duties will include:

  • Perform parts requisitioning through the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
  • Work closely with the Financial Division to reconcile all requisitions in GFEBS. Analyze and provides recommendations on depot parts obsolescence.
  • Responsible for the acquisition and procurement of parts and materials for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and sustainment support.
  • Provide subject matter expert support to IBAS programs to avoid or eliminate Non-Mission Capable Status (NMCS) sales orders. Utilize LMP to perform technical reviews and analyses of demand and supply planning and budget cost related to material readiness.
  • Prepares briefings and written materials using Microsoft Office products. Maintains validity and accountability of Government Furnished Property (GFP) to include cataloging, receiving, and updating pertinent asset information. Develops training material to instruct in gathering data needed to support TAGM Project Office readiness requirements.
  • Track submitted requisitions to identify if shipped and available tracking information and backorder status. Monitor and track FMS open sales orders and Stock Availability (SA) impacts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years of experience or 12+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
