Program Analyst - Military veterans preferred

SAIC is looking for a program analyst to support a multi-million dollar program in Albuquerque, NM. The selected candidate will be a self-starter who can help manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between program management and planning, project teams, and line management. The project analyst will assesses issues and develop processes, procedures and resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The selected candidate will help develop mechanisms for monitoring progress, ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. This position is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Primary duties may include:
  • Working with security officers to manage clearance and other security activities
  • Tracking and following up on required actions, to include training and compliance reporting
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities with other project analysts
  • Develop and disseminate processes and procedures, and audit for compliance
  • Develop reports as needed to update management on compliance and progress
  • Support facilities activities, including space allotments


Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years or more of related experience, or Master’s degree and one (1) year of related experience. Can substitute seven (7) or more years of related experience.
  • DOE or DoD security clearance
  • Experience supporting clearance and government security activities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
