Wargaming Practitioner - TS/SCI

KBR is seeking a Wargaming Practitioner with a Top Secret clearance to join an upcoming contract in Bellevue, Nebraska.

  • Planning, development, execution, and analysis of joint exercises and wargames. USSTRATCOM Instruction (SI) 508-9, Exercise Program, explains policies and procedures for planning, coordinating, preparing, and implementing USSTRATCOM Joint Exercises and support to other Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises. Wargame events may include wargames, Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills, and seminars. Both joint exercises and wargame events may include current and future Calendar/Fiscal Year (FY) planning and coordination activities.


  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI. US Citizenship required
  • At least 5 years' experience designing, planning, and leading wargames, tabletop exercises or similar projects with an emphasis on facilitating events to enable participants to work effectively and synergistically towards a common goal.
  • Experience and training in one or more of USSTRATCOM's assigned UCP missions is highly desirable
  • Prior experience at the CCMD, Joint Staff or Service MAJCOM level is highly desirable
