Joint Training Program Manager - TS/SCI

KBR is seeking a Joint Training Program Manager with an active TS/SCI to support an upcoming contract in Bellevue, Nebraska. Duties will include:

  • The mission of USSTRATCOM/J7 is to enhance command readiness and mission performance through joint exercises, wargames, training and assessments. USSTRATCOM/J7 also leads the Lessons Learned/After Action programs, IT Test/Evaluation, Modeling/Simulations capabilities, and enables Command workforce professional development.


  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI is required. U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Typically requires a college or university degree in Engineering or the related combination of education and experience that provides knowledge and exposure to the fundamental theories, principles and concepts within an Engineering discipline.
  • Typically requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience that demonstrates the ability to: 1) focus on customer needs, 2) communicate well verbally and in writing, 3) establish rapport with many different types of people, 4) critically evaluate problems and develop solutions, 5) rapidly adapt to change, and 6) organize plan and schedule. In addition, the following personnel attributes are required:
  • At least 3 years’ experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment using appropriate pedagogical methods.
