As a member of Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence (COE), you will be reporting to the Manager, Design and Delivery.  In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, with extensive opportunity to learn and grow.  This is an entry level project and program lead position.  You will play an integral role in delivering training programs that are practical, repeatable, and sustainable.  Our ideal candidate will have a passion to enable SCJ people to achieve their full potential, to ensure our programs are consistently great across the organization. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience working with a Learning Management System, preferably Workday Learning.
Experience working with Systems of Record.
Maintain accurate and timely input of training records, signoffs, and certifications. 
Timely and accurate data auditing, reporting, and posting. 
Ability to work with internal and external auditors to run compliance reports and provide requested training records.
Align with the business to discover impactful ways for measuring training effectiveness, including auditing learning events.
Create and maintain training completion dashboards to reflect execution and compliance.
Ability to assist with learning needs assessments.
Curate existing content to create Learning Paths.
Participates, under supervision, with others in small and well-defined components of the project.
Develop learning plans to address compliance gaps and create control plans.
Update current training documentation so that it captures the necessary steps and information regarding the content.
Support Enterprise Learning and Development Programs, including:  Train the Trainer, New Hire Orientation & Enterprise Program Administration. 

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years of related Learning and Development experience
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Ability to organize and plan training events
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
