As a member of our creative and solutions-oriented team you will support the Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence (COE).  In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, with extensive opportunity to learn and grow.  You will play an integral role in delivering training programs that are practical, repeatable, and sustainable.  Our ideal candidate will have a passion to enable SCJ people to achieve their full potential, to ensure our programs are consistently great across the organization. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Helps manage and execute existing L&D programs.
Helps develop and implement new L&D programs and initiatives.
Applies varied L&D methods in designing and developing interventions.
Align with the business to discover impactful ways for measuring training effectiveness, including auditing learning events.
Create and maintain training completion dashboards to reflect execution and compliance.
Assists with learning needs assessment, with the ability to modify learning activities as part of a broader learning initiative program or curriculum.
Able to take the lead on learning needs assessment for smaller initiatives.
Curate existing content to create learning paths.
Able to manage and execute well-defined project plans.
Develop learning plans to address compliance gaps and create control plans.
Update current training documentation so that it captures the necessary steps and information regarding the content.
Support Enterprise Learning and Development Programs, including:  Train the Trainer, New Hire Orientation & Enterprise Program Administration. 

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of related work experience, preferably within a Learning & Development role

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Instructor led training facilitation
Designing and developing training programs
Ability to organize and plan training events
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
Certification(s) and or experience facilitating core corporate programs such as DiSC, Crucial Conversations, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Situational Leadership, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Strengths Finder

Job Requirements:
 Full time with occasional operational support outside core business hours
