Management Analyst - Remote

KBR in Lexington Park is seeking a Management Analyst to support our C-UAS efforts. If you are looking to join a diverse, collaborative and growing team this could be the job for you! This position is based out of Lexington Park, MD but can be supported REMOTELY.

Function: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Utilize Microsoft Project for developing and updating detailed schedules. Utilize the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Teams, Onenote, etc.) on a daily basis. Operate in a team environment that may be geographically dispersed. Provide support for the coordination, preparation, and execution of Counter Unmanned Air System (C-UAS) installs and other events. Prepare graphical, oral, and written reports, briefs, and products. Brief large audiences on various program and project topics. Manage multitasking challenges that may occur in a complex work environment.

Education: BS or BA degree in Business, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, or other Business Field.

Experience: Of the four (4) to ten (10) years’ experience at least four (4) years project or program analyst experience, two (2) of which must be within DON. Management analyst experience should include analysis of cost, schedule, and performance of technical US Government programs.

Basic Compensation:

Pay range: $77,200.00 - 115,800.00 USD Annual

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
