Job Summary:

The KBR PID is searching for experienced Business/Finance Analyst applicant in Huntsville, AL to join our team. In this role, the successful applicant will report directly to the PID Program Manager and be responsible for applying their knowledge and experience with the Army financial system to assist our Army customer in daily execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for the financial oversight and management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program efforts in support of an Army Program Office. Candidate will analyze FMS financial data processes, and assess processes for FMS cost, transactions, financial data documentation requirements, and program planning/scheduling. Will develop/enhance processes for preparation of and utilization of FMS financial databases, and processes for cost analysis and financial management of FMS cases. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to FMS funds; focusing on ATAAPS, burn rates, DTS LOAs, PWDs, MIPRS, etc
  • Coordinates updates for FMS case fund status, availability, and in the development of forecast reports.
  • Review and submissions in DSAMS of LOA and P&As, review and development of Statement of Work, contracts development and technical evaluations, briefings, and general support.
  • Develops/maintains tracking techniques to monitor program execution, using existing information and reporting systems like GFEBS & LMP.
  • Assists in the preparation of Pricing and Availability (P&A) and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) data, to include pricing.
  • Provides administrative support for the FMS Program Manager, financial analysis, case development, and case management.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • 1-3 year direct experience with Army financial execution & planning
  • Direct demonstrated experience with LMP and GFEBS
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Direct experience supporting an Army customer at the customer site
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Located in Huntsville, AL
  • Secret Security Clearance is required
  • Some travel may be requiredAs a Plus (+) but not required:Experience in the areas of:
  • Experience with PBAS, DIFS, & CISIL
  • Experience in yearly budget planning
  • Working knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual and policies, laws, and procedures that govern FMS sales
  • Knowledge of DoD/US Army FMS/LOA policy guidance relating to all aspects of FMS case management or strong FMS financial background
