Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Recruiter to join our team in the Crane, Indiana.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with Recruiting team in recruiting initiatives across the organization
  • Engage and develop relationships with hiring managers to develop talent attraction strategies that support organizational vision and goals for growth
  • Effectively leverage job boards and social media to position the company’s brand and attract candidates
  • Ability to sell the companies brand, culture, and professional opportunities
  • Engage in all elements of recruiting process including external and internal job postings, identification and interviewing of the most qualified applicants, guidance on the selection of the best candidates, job offers and negotiations.
  • Ability to naturally network and engage with people from various work backgrounds
  • An ability to work both independently and as well as within a team
  • Organizational skills: ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments appropriately; results oriented
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to dynamically lead and interact with groups and individuals
  • Timely, consistent follow through, customer service
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated consistent sound judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify potential problems and provide proactive solutions for management of problems; able to recognize need for supplemental resources


  • Models a high level of accountability and personal integrity; able to communicate across the organization openly and with respect
  • Ability to assess candidate skills, knowledge, and demonstration of core values
  • Ability to learn and connect with the business on all levels.
  • Knowledge of social media recruiting channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Polished interpersonal skills and strong professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and applicant tracking systems and social media
  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to report to work onsite at least 50% of work week. Flexible schedule available.

Education:  Bachelors preferred

Security Clearance Requirements: To hold or obtain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements: Sit, walk, stand and talk
