Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in the Chambersburg, PA area.

**DISA policy currently allows for maximum telework due to the COVID-19 pandemic. DISA does allow facility access on a case by case basis in accordance with their COVD-19 protocols. This position would be required to work on-site, following DISA COVID-19 safety protocols, at least one day per week to access and administer classified systems. Prior to the pandemic, the typical telework arrangement allowed for two days telework and three days in the office per week. Policy is subject to change.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing day-to-day system administration support for our DISA customer in Chambersburg, PA.
  • Infrastructure support for a local, on-site lab; system and resource optimization; maintaining system security and data integrity; and providing end user assistance.
  • Conducting capacity and performance analysis and provide system configuration change and upgrade recommendations.
  • Preparing tickets to document work accomplished for both projects and daily tasks.
  • Ensuring the patching and continued maintenance of the Product Support Lab (PSL) environment.
  • Creating, Enabling, Disabling AD accounts as required.
  • Assisting with projects as required by the contract.
  • Provisioning EVoIP phones and deploying them as necessary.
  • Troubleshooting physical connections within the workplace.
  • Assisting with VTC setup and connections.
  • Reading, understanding, and implementing various aspects of the RMF process, such as applying STIG settings to target devices or environments and reporting status updates to the ISSO.
  • Understanding of ACAS and NESUS scanning

Basic Qualifications:

  • DoD 8570 IAT Level-2 or higher certification is required.
  • Able to use automated tools and scripts to increase efficiency of the systems under our purview.
  • The ability to develop system administrator procedures and provide updates to documentation.
  • Complement our support team in maintaining the servers, switches, routers, virtual environment, and various other systems.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Top Secret clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
