Secretary/Senior Administrative Assistant, Journeyman
This position supports the PMA-265 Team at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) in Patuxent River, MD.
This role will include a wide range of program coordination efforts.
Interfaces and coordinates with all levels of the IPTs, including government, contractor, and field activity personnel associated with the program office.
The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing and tracking correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, calendar management and scheduling meetings.
Coordinates read-ahead briefings, arranging travel in DTS, JPASS/DISS and updating BASICS II information.
High School diploma/GED plus three to ten years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience1 year of experience using DTS, JPAS/DISS and BASICS II.
Must have an active secret level security clearance.
Contract requirements will prevail.
