KBR is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This person will support modeling and analysis of overhead (space) SIGINT. In this Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) role, the individual will be asked to provide a variety of SIGINT modeling, simulation and analysis assignments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of RF link analysis, wireless communication systems, digital signal processing, or RADAR
  • Experience with modeling, simulation, and analysis
  • Develop and/or contribute to briefings, point papers, and meetings in direct support of Senior Government Managers
  • Possible infrequent travel (<10%)


  • BS in Electrical Engineering
  • 0-3 years’ experience

Perferred Qualifications:

  • MS Electrical Engineering (DSP or Communications focused
  • Experience with Space systems, Overhead SIGINT Acquisition and Architecture’s, SIGINT payloads/hardware, SIGINT Mission areas, SIGINT tasking, SIGINT signals/types and collection management
  • Experience with applications/programs such as AGI’s Systems Tool Kit, MATLAB, SIMULINK, Python, Tableau, and C+ Security Requirements: Must have an active TS
