More Than a Job
We're hiring for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Marlton office. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
-Welcome and greet visitors and manage multi-line phone system
-Coordinate and distribute mail flow in and out of office
-Arrange deliveries and pickups with vendors and service suppliers
-Maintain copiers and printers, supply room materials and other office inventory
-Schedule conference room usage and coordinate food orders
-Assist professional staff with assignments by preparing documents, filing and organizing paperwork and other administrative duties when necessary
-Experience in an administrative role
-Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
