Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Analyst to join our team in the St. Indigoes, MD location.
The technical analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing information from multiple Navy and Contractor entities to prepare reports, manage risks, document, and track action items, effectively solve problems, recommend improvements, and actively keep division leadership informed of status. Qualified candidates will have some experience supporting the DoD; specifically, in the area risk management, analysis and mitigation, and should be comfortable with collecting, reviewing, and presenting data to DoD customers and support personnel.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Assist project leads with drafting, updating, and reviewing risks and associated mitigation steps and preparing them for presentation
• Coordinating Division Risk Board
• Reviewing, updating, and managing configuration of technical documentation
• Providing oversight of small projects and improvement initiatives
• Analyzing and updating processes for improved efficiency
Mastery of Microsoft tools is critical as various programs are used for status tracking, technical editing, presenting information, providing earned value metrics, and responding quickly to data calls. Must have excellent critical thinking skills and be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Security Clearance Requirements:
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
