Buyer/Planner Site Specialist

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Overview: The Buyer/Planner Supply Specialist has site responsibility for a variety of purchased parts and is a recognized expert in overcoming near term obstacles that ensure adequate supply of purchased materials for the Integrated Supply Chain organization for a major customer location in Clearwater Florida. The Supply Specialist will attend and take actions from various site meetings such as tiered-accountability meetings. The Supply Specialist is responsible to coordinate with buyers to resolve all emergency site part shortages. The Supply Specialist is the link between Global Procurement and site Operations. The Supply Specialist will coordinate with Global Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Operations, and other functions to permanently resolve chronic part issues.
