SAIC seeks a Senior Program Manager (PM) to lead a DIA Task Order responsible for requirement analysis, architecture, design, engineering, integration, implementation, optimization, documentation and sustainment of core elements of DIA Cyber Security Tools and supporting IT services.

This position is based out of Reston, VA, but local travel (ie Chantilly) to other contractor and/or government facilities is expected. The Senor Program Manager is responsible for successful delivery of the task order requirement to the customer, as well as meeting SAIC financial and retention goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Oversite for all cyber security tools architecture, engineer and sustainment initiatives
  • Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance
  • Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing
  • Provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel
  • Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain CI Poly
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology or Engineering field, or four (4) years or more of comparable experience
  • 14 years of progressive enterprise engineering and management experience 
  • Possess strong technical skills in all functions of Cyber Security.
  • Possess skills identifying user requirements, translating requirements into project plans and milestones, directing and implementing plans and linking them to the customer’s mission.

DESIRED:

  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance
  • PMP certification with 5 years of verifiable PMP experience (e.g., project definition, risk management/reporting, project scheduling/tracking)
  • 5 years of complex project scheduling in MS Project
