About DCS—Program and Project Management
As an industry leader in program and construction management, we partner with clients to support projects from concept to completion. From education, healthcare, transportation and water facilities to sports, leisure, cultural arts and other public gathering venues, we deliver on the promise of protecting our clients’ interests as our own and building partnerships with the communities we serve.
Project manager leading a design effort on various multidiscipline design projects that will include architecture, civil/ structural designs, MEP designs and supervising a team of architects, engineers and technicians to successful project development
Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error.
May act independently as the IE representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements.
Manages projects which have greater complexity than a Program Manager III.
Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports.
BA/BS degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Professional Engineer License required.
10 years of relevant experience
Manages projects for metro rail agencies including MTA, PANYNJ and NJ Transit.
