Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the management of the monitoring and evaluation process to ensure that AECOM quality management systems are being followed and evidence is recorded and maintained.

  • Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.

  • Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.

  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.

  • Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

  • May have budget responsibilities.

  • Manages the coordination of activities of a group or department with responsibility for results.

  • In some instances, may be responsible for functional area and may not have direct reports.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction or Building Science + 8 years of construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • At least 5 of the 8 years must be combined experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager or Project Engineer

  • Must have completed the course “Construction Quality Management (QCM) and maintain a current certificate. If candidate does not have, must obtain QCM certificate within 90 days of start date.

  • USACE EM 385-1-1

  • Due to the nature of the work, United States citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience NFAC project or USACE project

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
