Experienced in proposal management and planning, able to direct and lead proposal and presentation teams, including organization of complex compliance matrices, and creation of long-short term schedules
Broad knowledge, able to lead a multi-BL, Mid to Large priority bids for the region of support
Actively contributes to and leads Go /No Go and green light analysis in partnership with capture managers, updates CRM data as needed to maintain accuracy
Contributes to pre-RFP proposal planning, win strategy and message, ensures client issues and discriminators in deliverables.
Builds partnerships and support team formations on pursuits
Knowledgeable in advising on company quality procedures and approval processes (legal, contracts, DOA, signatory).
Contributes and write and edits key draft sections such as executive summaries or cover letters.
Develops content plan for proposal or provide templates to writing team with specific requirements/compliance or messaging guidance.
Facilitates and organizes content for milestone and color reviews (e.g. Pink/Red), manages recovery of comments and finalization of documents and compliance
Collaborates with graphic designers on design and custom graphics or layout. Able to support final and edits layout in Word, InDesign, or other programs, and follow branded templates and coordinate final production
Contributes or conducts client or industry research as needed.
Serves as subject matter expert for specific client/portfolio or sector of the business line and contribute to new content.
Demonstrates ability to communicate within multi-disciplinary team, providing clear direction or guidance, use of collaboration tools.
Proven organizational skills, including the ability to complete varied work tasks on schedule, and lead deliverable efforts by others.
Demonstrates clear and regular communication with a team, uses meeting best practices, leads kick-off, check in calls, agendas
Initiates and coordinates with subcontractors and gather data required and provide guidance.
Participation at pre-bid meetings with PM or capture manager to build knowledge or external relationships
Uses AECOM internal systems and data systems to gather information for people, projects or BL information, or professional development
Demonstrates diplomacy with peers and internal clients in handling challenging situations, ability to exercise discretion with confidential/ sensitive issues
Serves as a mentor and can provide meaningful feedback to supervisors on development areas of junior peers
Assist in management of day-to-day operations of Manila GBS Regional Bids Team
Assist in managing and motivate regional team of bids and proposals professionals including communicating team goal and providing oversight and direction to meet deliverable due dates
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend special projects and initiatives
Perform other related projects and duties as assigned
Bid support experience, preferably within a professional services firm
Relevant university/college level qualifications degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Advanced skills in Microsoft applications such as Word and PowerPoint
Excellent written communication skills including writing and editing – ability to communicate easily the required ideas or concept and tailor responses to client specifications
Understanding of graphic design and an eye for communicating content visually – can effectively use our brand guidelines and work with our corporate identity.
Skills in Adobe Creative especially InDesign would be highly regarded
Salesforce experience well regarded
Experience in shared services/engineering industry preferred
Candidate must be open to working on a mid shift schedule
