Job Summary

This role is primarily responsible to collaborate with key stakeholders and design insightful reports and dashboards and provide analysis on projects. This includes retrieving data from multiple sources, arranging data, formulating, and analyzing trends.

The Reporting and CI Lead will be responsible in providing complete, timely and accurate reports to the Center to help drive strategic and operational objectives; drive efficiencies and added value through continuous improvement on process or automation

  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of dashboard reports

  • Understand and analyze client requirements such as BRD, Functional Design documentation, etc. to perform interactive dashboard reports for management/stakeholders

  • Create and maintain surveys that collects information from customers and employees

  • Drive and perform special projects to the Center and Service Delivery team

  • Liaise with different teams of the Centre to assess and understand data to analyze, then identify the root causes and corrective actions for service areas

  • Performs data analysis to support business improvement and business strategy projects

  • Formats data according to predetermined presentation styles to meet customer needs

  • Organizes data according to standard reporting requirements such that key insights can be identified by experienced colleagues

  • Perform QA to identify inaccuracy of entries and promptly correct errors for accurate analyses

  • Formulate business insights using data analytics

  • Conduct data analytics such as exploratory analysis, exploration of data relationships, statistical analysis and recommendations

  • Define, Drive and implement the continuous improvement strategy

  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solution so the team can operate in efficient and cost-effective manner

  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes

  • Investigate and provide insights on the Center/Ops data trends with minimal supervision

  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues

  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to Tower Head for timely resolution

  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required

  • Maintain existing reports with highest report accuracy and timeliness

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in Outsourcing, Shared Services or similar model

  • At least 5 years of work experience related to continuous improvement or other relevant function

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of encoding data, extracting data using data mining skills and writing codes using SQL

  • Experience working with PowerBI, Tableu, Cognos, Insight, and other similar tools and platforms

  • Advantage with Power Automate knowledge or work experience

  • Advance proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Excellent Communication (verbal and written) and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strong process orientation and enforcement

  • Work experience on projects for process improvement/automation
