Job Summary

AECOM are looking for an experienced ProjectWise Information Manager to join the Digital Europe team. You will report directly to the Digital Europe Data Management lead and assist with all technical and functional support of ProjectWise.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering ProjectWise CDE solutions and consulting services in line with ISO 19650 requirements. They will have a track record working independently with Clients and internal project teams on building and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation, process, workflows, training, and development of ProjectWise

  • Configuration and testing of all aspects of ProjectWise including datasources, environments, workflows/rules, etc. to meet requirements including ISO19650, AECOM quality procedures, Employers Information Requirements, and train others to do the same

  • Support interfaces with other Bentley digital tools including ProjectWise365, Connect Services, iTwin Services etc. and 3rd party vendor digital tools e.g. Autodesk suite of technologies, ESRI GIS and Microsoft Office365

  • Interface with Clients, advising and setting up ProjectWise CDE to support consulting activities

  • Contribute globally to ProjectWise in AECOM, knowledge sharing and liaising with colleagues in other regions

  • Enforcing governance requirements for the ProjectWise system setup and use

  • Support and guide the business through change activities e.g. upgrades and expansions to the AECOM ProjectWise system on the Bentley Cloud

  • Developing strategic guidance materials and support Project Information Managers and users

  • Support vendor engagement, working with consultants, product managers account managers and ProjectWise project managers from Bentley system to achieve AECOM’s desired outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience administrating and managing ProjectWise in a large organization

  • Competent in the advanced use of ProjectWise Administrator and Explorer

  • ISO19650 knowledge

  • Vendor (Bentley Systems) engagement and networking

  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office 365 suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • HND/HNC qualification in relevant discipline


  • ProjectWise Administrator Accreditation will be an advantage

  • PowerShell scripting will be an advantage

  • Information Management experience and accreditation will be an advantage

  • Additional certification or knowledge in the use of CAD/design applications will be an advantage

  • Knowledge/understanding of other CDE technologies such as BIM360 will be an advantage

  • Previous experiencing leveraging the ProjectWise Web API will be an advantage

  • Power BI experience will be an advantage

  • Previous experience with Bentley iTwin Services and the onboarding of teams will be an advantage
