LCV Dona Ana / Bliss: Billeting Manager
Overall department responsibility for temporary living quarters for civilians. Monitors activities to ensure proper maintenance, linen replacements, safety and cleanliness standards are adhered. Reviews vacancy/occupancy rates with client and management on a regular basis. Conducts inspection reviews of living quarters on a regular basis. Reviews and ensures the proper inventory of supplies for living quarters and cleaning. Maintains file that ensures key control. Interact with peer groups to ensure all aspects of billeting are functioning properly. Ensures customer service desk is covered by Supervisor and Coordinators and that they are providing a friendly, professional service to the customer. Knowledge of and ability to train employees on all relevant safety standards related to area required. Budgetary responsibility for area. Conducts daily safety briefings as well as regular department meetings while building employee morale. May be responsible for performance reviews. Has responsibility for hiring, firing, discipline actions, etc. Undergraduate degree in related field with 8-10 years experience or equivalent work experience. Supervisory experience required.
