Title:

LCV Camp Atterbury: Food Service Supervisor

Coordinates and oversees the service line work of the Food Services crew providing quality service to the customer. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the Cooks and Food Services Workers. Maintains all equipment and cooking utensils at maximum efficiency. Plans all Food Services personnel work schedules on a weekly basis. Prepares weekly menus for timely submission to the Food Services Manager for review and approval.

Required:

• Must have a ServSafe Manager's Certification
• Have ability to obtain US Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must have AFMIS training/certificate

Additional requirements:

• Must be fluent in English
• Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
• Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity

Preferred:

• Military Food Services Experience
