LCV Ft. Pickett: Food Service Manager
Provides leadership and direction to all levels of Food Service, Administrative, and Warehouse personnel in order to plan, organize, and manage all aspects of food service in a military dining facility. Ensures resources are applied to achieve the highest standards of service in order to meet or exceed client specifications. Monitors food service standards and processes, manages budgetary constraints, and completes relevant documentation. Implements and evaluates training programs and completes relevant documentation. Ensures compliance with client/company health and safety regulations. Plans and oversees the execution of special functions. Has the necessary experience to evaluate and hire the correct caliber of Food Service staff.
