Your Opportunity:  Intel Threat Specialist- SME

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs and identified as OED Contract Task Lead with all associated responsibilities. 
  • Review and collaborate processing of media and malware cases submitted by DC3 partner agencies.
  • Oversee management of the workflow, analyze workflow statistics, and prepare and brief DC3 leadership on workflow performance.
  • Provide editing and collaborate with DC3 writers and analysts. Collaborate with customer to disseminate published products, store and update products including any knowledge management system.
  • Provide any formal or ad-hoc program/project management expertise in close collaboration with the PM to address any emerging needs in metrics, resource management, quality assurance and improvements.
  • Analyze and improve processes in close collaboration with the customer to manage RFI processing, track incoming RFIs, manage operations' lifecycles including RFI responses.
  • Develop and improve a weekly activity report, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual production metrics for DC3 leadership and stakeholders to meet evolving mission needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer on management and potential improvements and updates to evolving cyber training program.
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Includes program analysts and management consultants.
  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  • Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • May supervise others.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15 Years Related Experience or more than 13 years with Master's or more than 11 years with PhD
  • BS/BA.  (4 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable AS/AA and 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable)

  • TS/SCI
