ManTech is currently seeking experienced professionals for the Department of Defense (DOD) Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in Linthicum, MD. The focus of DC3 is to set the standards in digital and multimedia forensics, develop and deliver specialized cyber investigative training and serve as a focal point for information sharing on cybersecurity matters across the DOD.

Your Opportunity:   Senior All-source Intel Analyst - Far East Region

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct all-source cyber analytical / linguist fusion analysis in support of cyber investigations / operations. 
• Support analysis and queuing for counter-intel operations in cyberspace against APT threats. 
• Provide complete picture of TTPs. 
• Provide "actionable intelligence" for LE / CI, including SIGINT, HUMINT, intel analysts, and policy / decision makers. 
• Develop and deliver products:  Operational Lead Reports; Profile Reports; All-source Cyber Intelligence Reports, Intel Information Reports; Tailored Operating Picture products; Persona Operational Lead Reports as required.
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Includes program analysts and management consultants.
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• May supervise others.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8-15 Years related experience or more than 6 years with Master's or more than 4 years with PhD
• BS/BA.  (4 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable AS/AA and 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications:

• CASP+ or CySA+/Security+

Security Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work
