In this role as a site-based Project Manager, you will be assisting with the delivery of the horizontal work package for a large, complex aviation project based in the Manawatu region. The role involves supporting the horizontal Engineers Representative.
Following completion of the site role, you would be involved in a range of building, infrastructure and civil projects, based from our Wellington office.
To be considered for the position of Project Manager, you must have the following:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in vertical construction delivery
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, schedule and within client parameters
Proven background in developing long term business relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to confidently manage projects worth $25m+ in capital value
Strong knowledge of construction timeframes and methods
Strong commitment to safety and understanding of OH&S best practice and obligations
Contract administration experience would be ideal.
