HR Employee Experience Specialist - full time/direct hire

General Summary: Under limited supervision, with independent judgment and decision-making the Employee Experience Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data and metrics and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and compliance.

Essential Job Functions:
-Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs
-Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
-Design and manage employee surveys. May assist with stay interviews and exit interviews
-Develop assessments for potential and current employees and update employment records
-Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
-Assist with developing and monitoring Kek Performance Indicators (KPI's)
-Prepare reports of data results for various metrics
-Present results of employee performance evaluations
-Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
-Contribute to system decision-making, scoping and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy
-Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines and all other company team members.
-Attend webinars, seminars and other trainings to stay up to date on laws and best practices.
-Special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Human Resources best practices.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines and metrics, including, employee relations, organizational diagnosis, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness at all levels in the organization and across cultures.
Adheres to KPIs and SOPs according to guidelines established
Must use logic and reasoning to make immediate decisions under pressure or tight deadlines.
Ability to make proper judgment calls when presented with a situation/problem.
Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Able to effectively manage multiple projects and attend to daily HR matters while maintaining focus and follow through on issues until resolved and delivering results as committed.
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve escalations by using judgment that is consistent with the standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations and/or government law.
Outstanding business acumen with the ability to understand and operate from the perspective of the business owner.
Demonstrated proficiency in conducting root cause analysis and strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to research and analyze various types of data.
Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands and changes in the work environment.
Ability to deal with frequent interruptions, changes, delays or unexpected events.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Ability to collaborate with others.
Demonstrated ability to consult effectively with all levels of management with multiple conflicting priorities.
Ability to establish credibility, be decisive and be able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.

Education and Experience:
BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
Minimum of five years of related Human Resources experience required.
Two years Human Resources analyst experience.
Experience creating and implementing salary bands.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Human Resources best practices with emphasis on employee relations as well as related federal, state and local laws and regulations required.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
PEO experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed. PRISM experience preferred.
