LCV Ft. Pickett: General Site Manager
Under general direction, responsible for the daily operations of site in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Overall responsibility for troop services and camp maintenance with direct oversight of all LOGCAP services. Work closely with Operations Manager, Facilities Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, and other site leadership to ensure facilities and services function to standards and codes required by the Project Contract. A strong background in project scheduling and customer coordination in support of base construction is necessary. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of the technical and administrative sides of a project. Responsibilities include project setup and subcontracting strategy, contract changes, subcontractor relations, and all required reporting. Attends meetings with the Project Manager in order to monitor all aspects of the project. Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team in support of KBR LOGCAP goals.
Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline and 8-12 years progressive project of experience.
